GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)

Under the MAS Program, GSA issues long-term governmentwide contracts that provide federal, state, and local government buyers access to services and solutions at pre-negotiated pricing.

Edsol may receive direct sole source awards up to $4.5M under these vehicles as well as compete competitively for contracts.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) business development program enables Federal Government agencies to contract directly with certified 8(a) contractors. Edsol is a certified SBA 8(a) program participant through October 17, 2027.

Edsol may also be directly awarded Simplified Acquisitions under $250K. This provides contracting officers with additional procedural discretion and flexibility, so that acquisitions under $250K may be solicited, offered, evaluated, and awarded in a simplified manner that maximizes efficiency and economy and minimizes burden and administrative costs for both the Government and industry.
